JVG Limited began long before the company name existed. As a family, we have spent many years renovating, building and improving homes, often living in the properties ourselves while we transformed them.

With a background in carpentry and building, and over 30 years’ experience in nursing, we bring together two very different but complementary skill sets. Construction has given us the practical knowledge to understand how homes are built and improved, while a career in nursing has developed strong skills in organisation, problem solving, communication and care for people.

Over the years we have taken on a variety of projects, learning first-hand what works, what adds value, and how to create homes that people truly enjoy living in. These experiences naturally led us to the next step — developing land and creating new homes.

Today, JVG Limited brings together everything we have learned — hands-on building experience, careful project management, and a genuine passion for creating homes and communities.

About us

JVG Limited is led by husband-and-wife team Paul and Jayne, combining hands-on building experience with strong leadership and project management skills. Together, they share a passion for transforming land and property into well-designed homes that contribute positively to the local community.

Paul Gane
Paul brings many years of hands-on experience in the building industry, having worked as a carpenter and builder across a wide range of residential projects. His practical knowledge of construction, refurbishment and project delivery provides a strong foundation for every development we undertake. With a keen eye for quality and detail, Paul ensures that each project is built to a high standard, combining traditional craftsmanship with a practical understanding of modern building methods.

Jayne Gane
Jayne brings over 30 years of experience in nursing, including management roles where she developed strong skills in leadership, organisation, communication and problem-solving. Growing up in the countryside within an agricultural family, she developed a deep appreciation for land, community and the importance of thoughtful development. These experiences naturally translate into property development, where careful planning, teamwork and attention to detail are essential. Jayne’s passion for creating homes and supporting communities sits at the heart of JVG Limited.

Our projects have always been very much a family effort. Our children have grown up around building sites, renovation projects and decorating days, often helping wherever they can. From carrying materials to lending a hand with small jobs, they have been part of the journey, and we are proud to have photographs capturing those moments along the way.
