Land Sourcing
At JVG Limited, we specialise in identifying land with development potential and guiding it through the planning process to create high-quality homes.
We follow a straightforward six-step approach, with all upfront costs covered by us.
Our process
Identify and contact landowners with off-market land that may have development potential.
Assess the site’s viability using specialist planning consultants, architects and professional planning software.
Agree a purchase option with the landowner, allowing us to progress the site through planning.
Submit a planning application and complete the necessary surveys and technical reports.
Planning approval secured, unlocking the value of the land and enabling the landowner to receive their payment.
Development begins, either by JVG Limited or by a trusted developer partner.
For sites that already have planning permission, we can also connect landowners with experienced developers ready to deliver the project.
Alongside our passion and drive, we work with a highly experienced team of planners, architects and consultants. With secure financial backing, we are able to move quickly and take sites through planning without delay.
Unlike some developers, we do not land bank. Once an agreement is in place, we begin progressing the planning process immediately.

Property Investment
We have completed Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accredited training in property investment, giving us a strong foundation in best practice across a range of proven property investment strategies. We are also supported by a network of experienced property investor and developer mentors who collectively manage established multi-million-pound portfolios.
Our current focus includes Serviced Accommodation in Wells, Somerset, as well as multi-unit freehold blocks, both residential and mixed-use.
Alongside our commercial goals, we are committed to creating positive community impact.
We work closely with trusted partners to ensure every property is safe, compliant, accessible and fit for purpose, while also providing investors with stable, long-term returns supported by strong demand and secure lease agreements.
